Hai!Iron ore goes in at one end of our plants. TMT bars, wire rods and pipes come out at the other. That is how we keep every bar honest, from Raipur to your site.
Singhal Group started making steel in Raipur in 2000. Today we run three integrated units in Chhattisgarh that cover the whole journey: sponge iron from our own kilns, billets from our own melt shops, and TMT bars, wire rods, strips and pipes from our own rolling mills.
Because we make each step ourselves, we know exactly what goes into every bar. Nothing is bought in halfway and passed off as ours. That is the promise behind every Singhal 500D bundle that leaves our gate.
One chain, eight products. Everything here starts as iron ore in our own kilns and ends up holding up homes, factories and bridges across central India.

Rolled to Fe 500D under IS 1786:2008. Compared with plain Fe 500, the D grade asks for more elongation and lower sulphur and phosphorus, so the bar bends instead of snapping when a structure is pushed hard.
From our plants in Chhattisgarh, Singhal steel travels to dealers, distributors and project sites across the country. Raipur sits close to the centre of India, so every corner is within reach, and the freight in your rate stays low.

Before steel, he spent more than four decades in civil engineering and construction. He had built with steel long enough to know what a site engineer expects from every bar, and he started the group in Raipur to make steel that meets that standard.
His sons now run the business, and the plants still work the way he set them up: make each step in-house, and check it before it moves on.

From a two-room house in a village to a highway flyover, the job is the same: stay put and hold steady for decades. Here is where our steel goes to work.
Columns, beams and slabs for family homes and housing colonies.
Where ductility counts most, under loads that never switch off.
Bar after bar of the same grade, floor after floor.
MS pipes and steel for industrial sheds and warehouses.
Wire rods, strips and HB wire for workshops and fabricators.
Culverts, canals, roads and government projects.
Both grades carry the same 500 MPa strength. The difference is in how much the bar can stretch before it breaks, and how clean the steel is. For a home in a seismic zone, that difference matters more than the price gap.
